Mash 3 large bananas
1 c. sugar
(4 if small)
1 egg
1/4 c melted butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt {
nuts (optional)

Mix all and pour into floured loaf pan. Bake at 325 about 45-50 minutes or until done.
