Ingredients

2 pkg yeast
2 1/2 c. W water
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 c gluten
6-6 1/2 c flour
1/4 c oil
1 tb salt

Cooking Instructions

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in sugar, salt, oil and 3 c. flour. Beat until smooth. Mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. Knead dough until smooth & elastic. Cover. Let raise until double, about 45 min. Punch down. Divide in 1/2. Form 2 loaves. Place in greased pans, raising until double, about I hour. Bake at 400 for I hour.
