15 handfuls flour
6 T. powdered milk (NOT liquid)
2 t. salt
2 T. baking powder
About 1 1/2c. to 2 c. water (bath temperature.)
2 T. to 1/4c. sugar
It mixes into a very sticky dough. You can bake the mass in a large rectangle dish at about 350 degrees (13" X 9" pan).
Or form into thin tortilla shapes (smaller than Navajo tacos) and fry in a very little oil.
Because it is so very sticky-it's easier and faster to bake it. It does rise quite a lot, so make sure it is even in the pan.
