1 c. flour
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 c water

Mix above ingredients together. Heat 1 tbsp shortening in 11x13 pan in oven till it begins to smoke. Pour mix into pan and cook till bubbled up and brown. Serve with roast beef and top with brown gravy.
