Ingredients

3/4 c. sliced green onion
3/4 c. sliced celery
3 tbsp melted butter
3 cups peeled, diced raw potatoes
2 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp flour
2 cup milk
2 6 1/2 cans of tuna

Cooking Instructions

Brown green onion & celery in butter for 5 minutes. Add potatoes, water, & salt. Heat to boiling. Cook over medium heat about 15 minutes. Blend flour with 1/4 cup milk. Add remaining milk. Stir into potato mixture. Cook until thick. Add tuna. Heat and serve at once. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
