1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tbs. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 bag Rollo candies

Mix ingredients together. Use enough dough to form around a Rollo candy.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375˚F for 10-12 min. Be careful not to over bake. Remove from oven and using back of spoon press each cookie down to mash the candy. Let cool.
