1 c. cottage cheese, fat free
1/2 pt sour cream, fat free
1 8 oz cream cheese, lo fat
1/2 c. mayonnaise, fat free
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 can shrimp, drained
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp catsup
1 tsp (or more) horseradish

Put ingredients in a large bowl and mix with mixer. Cover and chill.
