10 slices of bread, cubed
2 c. grated cheese
1 pound sausage, cooked
3 c. milk
5 beaten eggs

Grease 9x13 baking dish. Put in bread, sausage & cheese, mix around.
Mix the milk & eggs together and pour over bread mixture. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup, lumps stirred out, to the top of milk mixture. Let sit for at least 8 hours. Bake at 300 for 1—1 1/2 hours, or cover with foil and cook for 1 hour at 350. I put this out in the car overnight and start cooking just before the Christmas morning commotion starts!
