cooking oil spray or grease
1 sliced meat (if it's paper thin 2)
1 egg
water for empty molds in cupcake tin

Spray or grease inside the cups. Turn oven on to 350 degrees F. Line the cups with 2 slices of sliced meat (if it's paper-thin). Crack an egg in it (toss the shell away & pop the yoke since it needs to cook fully done anyway). Take a slice of cheese and cut it into fourths-put one piece atop each egg. Fill empty cups 2/3 full of water. Spray tops of eggs with cooking oil/spray. Put foil on the top. Bake for 25 minutes.
