1 1/2 C. flour
2 eggs, separated
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp soda
1/4 c milk
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp brown sugar

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; set aside. Add egg yolks, buttermilk, milk and oil to dry ingredients. Mix well with mixer. Fold in beaten egg whites. Drop by tablespoons on hot griddle. Tum when bubbles form. Cook until light brown.
