Pancakes from Homemade pancake mix: Date Added: 19 Jul 2009

2 cups mix
1+ cup water or milk
1 tablespoon oil
2 eggs

makes ≈ 12 pancakes

Pour mix on to oiled pan on medium heat at preferred size until bubbles become solid holes then turn over for a few minutes.
