1 c. warm milk
1 tbsp yeast in l/2 c. warm water
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
3 c. flour (1 c. whole wheat opt.)
1 egg, beaten (or egg substitute)
Mix and let stand 15 minutes. Mold into pans. Let raise 45 minutes. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Makes 1 dozen large rolls. Can be used for scones also.
