2 1/2-3 c. flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 pkg dry yeast
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c. hot water
1 egg--room temp.
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp melted butter or margarine
Combine 1 c. flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Stir in water, egg, and oil. Beat till smooth. Cover & let rise in warm place for 15 minutes. Stir in remaining flour to make a soft sticky dough. Tum dough onto a floured board, knead more flour in until smooth and elastic. Divide dough into 16 pieces and shape into balls. Place into greased 9" square pan. Brush tops with melted butter or margarine. Cover & let rise 20 min. Bake at 425 for 8—10 min.
