Melt together over low heat:
1 c. milk
1/2 c margarine (1 cube)
Beat together:
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp salt
In separate bowl combine and let sit for 5-8 minutes:
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
Slowly pour milk & margarine into egg & sugar mixture while beating. Test temp—if more than lukewarm, continue beating until cooled to lukewarm. Add yeast mixture. Stir together. Add 5 1/2 c. flour, stirring tail blended. Dough should be slightly sticky. Knead for 5-10 minutes. Let rise till double, roll out. Let rise again. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
