Soup
1/4-1/3 onion, chopped
1 c. celery
1 c. carrots, chopped
2 med. potatoes, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Cheese Sauce
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
2 c. cheese
Boil till vegetables are tender. DO NOT DRAIN. Mix sauce and add to soup. Do not boil, as it will curdle the cheese. Serve immediately.
