6 small Zucchini, cut in ½ inch slices
⅔ cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
6 Tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
3 Tablespoons fresh bread crumbs

Simmer the Zucchini 10 minutes in water to cover; drain. Pour into an 8 inch pie plate. In a small saucepan, combine the sour cream, butter, ¼ cup of cheese, & the salt. Heat, stirring until blended. Pour over the Zucchini. Top with the bread crumbs & the remaining 2 Tablespoons of cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until the crumbs are golden. Makes 4 servings.
