No-cook mint patties: Date Added: 21 Jul 2009 Ingredients:

4 Tbs. softened butter
1/3 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. peppermint extract
1/2 t. salt
4-3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 t. food coloring

Cooking Instructions:

Thoroughly blend butter, corn syrup, extract and salt in bowl. Add sugar mix till smooth. Divide mixture. Make one portion a color and the rest leave white. Shape into a long snake, 1/4 in. in diameter. Flatten with a fork. Let dry on waxed paper for several hours.
