2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 cube melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp cardamom

Cooking Instructions:

Mix all dry ingredients, then stir in wet ingredients. Pour into greased 9x9" baking dish. Mix & crumble the following over the top of the batter.
1/4 cube melted butter 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c rolled oats
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Great with milk or yogurt.
