1 c. salsa
8 oz crab meat, real or imitation
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 c thinly sliced gr. onion
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tbsp olives, sliced
1 diced tomato
In medium bowl, gradually stir salsa into cream cheese until well blended. Add crab meat, cheddar cheese, green onion and tomato. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving with chips.
